How much time do I have to receive my shipment from the courier company?

For all shipments delivered with the courier company Speedy, we guarantee receipt within 7 working days for delivery of the shipment to the recipient.

How will I receive the products and how much does their delivery cost?

On the day of the order you will receive a confirmation email containing the order number as well as the name and phone number of the courier.
Delivery to an address for orders over BGN 100. Delivery is free for Bulgaria.
Delivery to an address for orders under BGN 300 or 150 Euro. Delivery is free for Europe.

Confused invoicing data? What to do?

If after you have registered your order you have found that the entered data is incorrect and you want to change it in any way (company, phone or name) you only need to contact us on the specified phone number or on the contact form. It is important to know that an invoice change can be made if the order is invoiced within 15 days.

How do I reset my password?
